Account Manager

This role is part of Uruguay's Tax Free Shopping (TFS) sales team and directly reports to the Key Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of active TFS accounts (sell in and sell out activities) and for hunting activities due to increase merchant base operating with Tax Free Shopping. This position will be reporting directly to the Sales & Operations Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Account management or development of account plans for key accounts in the portfolio or activities related to the issuance index
  • Development of plans to improve performance (forecasts, penetration targets , incentive plans, promotions, etc.)
  • Staff training
  • Development of plans to improve performance
  • Supervision or Improvement of in-store data capture and issuance capabilities o Management of key KPIs
  • Search: Identify, evaluate, and affiliate new merchants to increase the active merchant base.

Requisitos

  • Sales Profile with excellent interpersonal skills Data analysis CRM management
  • Autonomy, Proactive and Results Orientation
  • Availability to travel quarterly (1 week per travel) and to relocate in Punta del Este during peak season at least (3 weeks)
  • Business Administration Orientation (Degree or in the last 2 years)
  • Fluent manage of English (Written and Oral)
  • Own Vehicle
  • Experience - - Sales experience (B2B): minimum 3 years Consumer Goods / Services / Technology / Banks
