SR Consultant Netsuite

Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite ERP implementations from start to finish.
Advise clients on best practices in the manufacturing sector.
Apply the SuiteSuccess methodology at each stage of the project.
Support data migration, QA, and user testing processes.
Identify gaps and design optimized solutions aligned with operational, logistical, and quality processes.
Train key users and lead continuous improvement sessions.

Requisitos

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional consulting experience

Seniority & Experience

• Senior-level consultant with proven experience delivering NetSuite implementations and support
• Strong background working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred; similar ERPs acceptable if experience is deep and hands-on)

Functional Expertise (Mandatory)

• Extensive knowledge of Finance, Controlling, and Accounting processes
• Academic background in Accounting or a closely related field (mandatory)
• Demonstrated professional experience working in accounting/finance environments

Tax & Fiscal Expertise (Critical)

• In-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax and fiscal legislation
• Strong, hands-on experience with Avalara products (mandatory)
• Ability to configure, support, and troubleshoot tax calculation and compliance within ERP environments

Technical / ERP Skills

• Strong functional expertise in NetSuite modules related to:
  • Financials
  • Accounting
  • Taxation
• Experience translating fiscal and accounting requirements into ERP configurations
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (tech, finance, operations)

Language & Communication

• Advanced English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and clients
