As a software engineer on the IAM customer success team, you will ensure that customers have an efficient and effective experience with IAM technology, and help them use it
to make their businesses successful.
Responsibilities and tasks
Demonstrate natural curiosity, an analytical mind, and a desire to explore the unknown.

Take ownership of complex technical issues and drive their resolution, both individually and by working effectively through escalations.
Demonstrate an approachable personality, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showing sensitivity to the diverse cultures within the global customer base.
Introduce innovative ideas to improve the product and overall technical designs.
Actively contribute to technical and non-technical discussions via email and
in-person interactions.
Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales,
on product and customer-related activities.
Provide technical advice and training on the company's technologies and products.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Java or other comparable programming languages.
Experience in and knowledge of IAM is an added advantage.
Familiarity and knowledge on containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies are an
added advantage.
Prior work experience in a similar capacity would be an added benefit, but not a
prerequisite.
