About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Head of Sales (USA) to lead and drive growth for advanced digital energy solutions across the U.S. market.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for developing strategic relationships with major utilities, developers, EPCs, and large energy users, while positioning innovative solutions in renewable hybrid energy, grid automation, and energy management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth across the U.S.

  • Lead large, complex deal cycles with utilities and major energy stakeholders

  • Drive pipeline development and conversion for high-value opportunities

Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on energy transition, grid modernization, and digitalization

  • Identify customer needs and position tailored solutions across renewable, storage, and grid technologies

  • Engage directly with C-level executives to shape long-term energy strategies

Proposal & Bid Management

  • Lead end-to-end RFP / RFI / tender processes for large-scale energy projects

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, finance)

  • Deliver compelling, customer-centric proposals and presentations

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across utilities and energy companies

  • Navigate complex decision-making environments

  • Position the company as a long-term strategic partner

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Monitor trends in renewables, smart grids, microgrids, storage, and cybersecurity

  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Customer Success & Growth

  • Ensure successful post-sale delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Support long-term account growth and value realization

Requisitos

  • 20+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales

  • 15+ years leading sales teams within the energy or utility sector

  • Proven track record closing large, multi-million-dollar deals

  • Strong experience working with electric utilities, EPCs, or renewable developers

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Power systems & grid automation

    • Renewable energy integration (solar, wind, storage)

    • Energy management and digital solutions

  • Experience leading complex sales cycles and bid processes

  • Established relationships with U.S.-based utility stakeholders (strong plus)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
