We are seeking a Head of Sales (USA) to lead and drive commercial growth across the U.S. market for advanced digital energy solutions.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building strong relationships with utilities, energy market players, EPCs, and large energy users, while positioning innovative solutions across grid modernization, renewable integration, and energy management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth across the U.S.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on large, complex opportunities
  • Drive pipeline development and conversion across utilities and energy sector clients

Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on energy transformation, grid optimization, and digitalization
  • Identify customer needs and position tailored solutions across generation, transmission & distribution, and energy markets
  • Engage directly with C-level executives to shape long-term energy strategies

Proposal & Bid Management

  • Lead complex RFP / RFI / tender processes for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, finance)
  • Deliver high-impact proposals and executive presentations

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across utilities and energy companies
  • Navigate complex decision-making environments and influence key stakeholders
  • Position the company as a strategic partner in energy transformation

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Monitor trends in smart grids, energy markets, renewables integration, and cybersecurity
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Customer Success & Growth

  • Ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
  • Drive long-term account growth and value realization

Requisitos

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales
  • Strong experience within the energy and utility sector
  • Proven track record closing large, complex deals
  • Experience working with:
    • Electric utilities
    • Energy markets / trading environments
    • EPCs and large energy users
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Power systems and grid operations
    • Renewable integration and energy management
    • Transmission & Distribution environments
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders

Beneficios

Compensation

  • Salary: USD 150,000 – 180,000 + Sales incentive
  • Total compensation aligned with experience and performance
