We are looking for a Senior Power System Engineer to join a leading Digital Energy Solutions team, supporting advanced power system simulation projects across transmission and distribution networks.
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced power system studies including load flow, short circuit, stability, and interconnection analysis
- Develop and validate power system models for T&D networks
- Support projects involving DER integration, microgrids, and energy storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Contribute to proposals, technical solutions, and customer advisory services
- Drive project execution, timelines, and deliverables
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems focus)
- 5+ years of experience in power system simulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, DigSilent, or similar
- Experience with DER, microgrids, or renewable integration is a strong plus
- Programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or C++) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams

- Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year
