We are partnering with a global technology and engineering organization in the Energy & Utilities industry to identify a senior leader for an exciting strategic role focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Grid Digitalization.
This position will lead product strategy and innovation initiatives for next-generation software solutions across:
⚡ Renewable Power Plant Controls
⚡ SCADA & Grid Automation
⚡ Hybrid Energy Management Systems
⚡ Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technologies
Requisitos
Key requirements:
✔ 15+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Leadership
✔ Strong background in Utilities, Power Systems, Grid Automation or Renewable Energy technologies
✔ Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, analytics, and modern software solutions
✔ Customer-facing experience supporting sales, solutioning, or technical pre-sales in North America
✔ Leadership experience managing high-performing technical/product teams
