We are looking for an experienced AI Strategist to join a fast-growing Enterprise AI practice in the US market.
This role is ideal for a business-oriented AI leader with strong experience in Healthcare and Insurance, capable of translating AI and Generative AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
You will partner with executive stakeholders, including CFOs, Finance and Operations leaders, to drive AI adoption, process transformation, and innovation initiatives across finance, customer experience, claims, underwriting, and back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI-focused pre-sales engagements, workshops, and solution discussions
• Identify business transformation opportunities powered by AI and automation
• Build ROI models, business cases, and executive presentations
• Partner with sales, engineering, product, and data teams to shape AI solutions
• Drive transformation initiatives across finance, operations, and customer experience
• Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate complex AI concepts in a business-friendly way
• Support AI adoption initiatives across Healthcare and Insurance organizations
Requisitos
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, consulting, or solution advisory
✔ Strong background in Healthcare, Insurance, payer/provider, or health-tech environments
✔ Experience with Finance Transformation, Back-Office Operations, or Customer Experience initiatives
✔ Knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and enterprise data ecosystems
✔ Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Startup mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced and evolving environments
✨ Nice to have:
• Experience in pre-sales, value engineering, or enterprise consulting
• Exposure to AI platforms, automation tools, or analytics solutions
• MBA or business/finance background
