We are seeking a highly technical, client-facing AI engineering leader to help design, build, and scale enterprise-grade GenAI & Agentic AI solutions for Fortune 2000 organizations.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with executive stakeholders, enterprise clients, and AI platform teams to rapidly build high-impact Proofs of Value, shape scalable AI architectures, and accelerate the adoption of next-generation AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead executive discovery workshops and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
• Design and build rapid Proofs of Value (PoVs) using modern GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks
• Develop scalable architectures leveraging LLMs, orchestration, RAG, vector databases, APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Partner with clients and internal teams to define MVP roadmaps and production-ready AI solutions
• Support technical pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution positioning
• Create reusable AI accelerators, templates, and frameworks to drive scalability and repeatability
Requisitos
Ideal Background
✔ 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI engineering, or technical consulting
✔ Strong hands-on experience with modern AI stacks and enterprise AI platforms
✔ Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks
✔ Cloud-native expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP
✔ Strong Python skills plus experience with TypeScript, Java, or Go
✔ Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft stack
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders
