We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team of our client and play a key role in driving data-driven growth across both business verticals.
This role is focused on performance, analytics, experimentation, and optimization of the full marketing funnel, with the objective of improving acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROI).
The Growth Marketing Specialist will work across both B2B and B2C teams, identifying opportunities to scale what works, eliminate inefficiencies, and build a more unified, data-informed approach to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the analysis of end-to-end marketing funnels across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention, identifying key drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring a unified and data-driven approach to marketing performance.
- Support the optimization of paid and organic marketing activities by continuously monitoring performance and proposing actionable improvements.
- Track and analyze core marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and other efficiency metrics across channels and campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and improve performance dashboards that provide visibility into marketing and funnel performance for decision-making purposes.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting the scaling of successful initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with B2B and B2C Marketing Managers and Specialists to ensure alignment on priorities, insights, and performance outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure funnel alignment, data consistency, and shared understanding of performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital marketing channels, supporting experimentation, testing, and iterative optimization of campaigns and initiatives.
Requisitos
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments (Nice to Have)
- Advanced level of english
