We are seeking a Sales Support / Commercial Operations Assistant to strengthen operational execution across order management, logistics coordination, and financial follow-up in Argentina. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes, improving visibility across operations, and minimizing inefficiencies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including HQ, distributors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring alignment between production, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments

  • Monitor product availability and backorders, proactively identifying risks related to stock shortages or delays and supporting prioritization of critical items.

  • Track international shipments end-to-end, ensuring visibility across key milestones and providing accurate updates to distributors and internal teams.

  • Support financial follow-up by monitoring payment status, outstanding balances, and credit exposure, helping mitigate financial risks.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial and import documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.

  • Organize and validate all logistics and transaction-related documentation, ensuring proper traceability across the order lifecycle.

  • Act as a key liaison between headquarters, distributors, logistics providers, and finance teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Generate operational reports, monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or commercial support roles.
  • Strong understanding of order management and international logistics processes.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
